Pure Glow Teeth Whitening: The Facts
Everything important about Pure Glow Teeth Whitening on one page, kept up to date so you do not have to piece it together from different places.
The brand
- Pure Glow Teeth Whitening is a UK brand, run from Coventry, West Midlands.
- Founded by Daniel Smith, who spent 15 years at Jaguar Land Rover before starting the brand. The brand launched in February 2025.
- We make one thing: peroxide-free PAP teeth whitening strips. We do not sell toothpaste.
The product
- Whitening agent: PAP (phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid), not hydrogen or carbamide peroxide. See our peroxide-free whitening strips.
- Also in the formula: hydroxyapatite, which helps to replenish the enamel surface while you whiten, and xylitol, which helps reduce the bacteria that cause plaque build-up, bad breath and cavities. More on our hydroxyapatite whitening strips.
- Strip design: dry-fit strips with a no-slip grip that stay in place and come off cleanly, with a fresh mint flavour.
- Built for sensitive teeth: the formula is designed for zero sensitivity. See our whitening strips for sensitive teeth.
- Results: up to 6 shades whiter in 14 days, depending on your starting shade. Some people notice a difference straight away, others after two or three uses.
- Also: enamel safe, clinically tested and dentist approved. Cruelty-free. Made in China, as printed on the box.
What's in the box
- 28 PAP whitening strips: one upper and one lower strip for each treatment, enough for 14 days.
- A professional shade guide, so you can track your progress.
Full ingredients
As printed on the box, in order: PVP, Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid, Xylitol, Aqua, Glycerin, Ethylcellulose, Alcohol, Sodium Polyacrylate, PVM/MA Copolymer, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, C12-15 Pareth-3, Hydroxyapatite, Rebaudioside A, Menthol.
How to use
- Brush your teeth, then take the strips out of the sachet.
- Dry your teeth with a towel rather than a tissue. Apply the smaller strip to your bottom teeth first, then the larger strip to your top teeth, and press firmly.
- Leave them on for a minimum of 30 minutes. Longer is fine and uses all the formula. Do not eat while they are on, but a sip of water is fine, and so is swallowing saliva.
- Remove the strips and rinse with water.
- Once a day for 14 days, at whatever time suits you. They come off clean, so before work is fine.
- Avoid coffee, tea, red wine and strongly coloured food for about an hour afterwards.
- Once you are happy with your shade, 2 to 3 strips a week keeps it topped up.
The full routine is in our guide on how to use PAP whitening strips.
Safety warnings
From the box:
- Not suitable for children under 12.

- Check the ingredients for anything you are allergic to before use.
- If irritation occurs, stop and let it settle, and see a dentist if it persists.
