Step 1:

Brush your teeth and rinse with water, then tear open one sachet (each contains 1 upper & 1 lower strip).

Step 2:

Dry your teeth, wait a few minutes, then apply the smaller strip to your bottom teeth first aligning with the gum line, then the top strip. Press gently to secure.

Step 3:
