  • Pricing: The price shown is the total you pay for the product. No VAT is added. Any additional delivery costs will be clearly displayed before you place your order.
  • Availability: Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue items without prior notice.
  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions, but we do not guarantee they are entirely error-free.

3. Payment & Security

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom are sent by standard international post, which does not include tracking, unless Tracked Delivery is chosen at checkout for an additional charge shown at checkout.

5. Right to Cancel & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel your order. We go further than this: you can return any unopened, unused item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. For cancellation requests, email support@pureglowteethwhitening.com.

6. Intellectual Property

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising out of the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
